Latest forecasts indicate Irma will track into Florida and the Southeast U.S. early next week. The forecast trend is farther west. Irma will bring torrential flooding rainfall to the Southeast and eventually much of the East U.S. next week. West of Irma’s impact a very dry scenario is forecast across the Great Plains. The cool temperature trend slowly erodes and warmer temperatures emerge days 8-14/11-15. There is risk of a new wet weather zone appearing in the northwest Great Plains in the 11-15 day period.
