For the remainder of this week and into the weekend hot weather affects the Black Sea region. Areas in-between the Black Sea and Caspian Sea approach 100 while 100+ occurs this weekend in southwest Russia. Next week the anomalous heat continues although showers later next week chop down the excessive heat. Following the shower activity later next week cooler weather settles over southern Russia. However, after mid-month rebuilding heat is likely for the Black Sea region.
